This page explains all about our hosting service.

Ace Operator enables you to run your own web-based contact center. Using a contact center, you can provide live support to your web customers using chat and other multi-media content. Your company representatives can log in to the system from anywhere in the world and assist your customers. They can also monitor your web site and start a pro-active conversation with your web site visitors.  Ace Operator provides you a large feature-set that provides all the functionalities of a sophisticated call center. To run a contact center using Ace Operator, you have to have a server-class computer that has a direct connection to the Internet (a static IP address and/or a host name that can be addressed from anywhere on the Internet), Ace Operator software and other pre-requistie software packages. We have provided detailed documentation on how to install and configure Ace Operator. Alternatively, you can use our QUIK Hosting service.

When you buy the QUIK Hosting service from us, we provide the computer and Internet infrastructure and customize the settings for your specific requirements. You provide the operators who are going to handle support requests from your online customers. All you have to do is to add a "live help" button on your web site using which your customers can seek service and assistance. The operators can login to the system from anywhere in the world in seconds and provide support and services to your online visitors and customers.

The QUIK Hosting Advantage

When you use QUIK Hosting, you leave the hassle of installing Ace Operator and mainitaining the computer hardware and software to us for a small monthly fee. You will also get a high-speed Internet connection for fast and effective service. QUIK Hosting provides you the following advantages:

  2. Our servers are co-located in the premises of a very reliable Internet service provider who has been in this business for more than 10 years. The secure facilty is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA,  includes 24x7 monitoring, emergency power management and a large Internet bandwidth.
  3. We support the user interface screens in multiple languages depending on your need. The languages currently supported are:

    2. Spanish

    4. Dutch
    5. French
    6. Italian .
  4. If you want support for a different language, we can set it up for you if you are willing to provide the translations.
  5. We can customize the user interface screens based on your input.
  6. We allow you to define web sites and pre-defined messages that the operator can send to the end-users during a chat session at the click of a button.
  7. Chat transcripts can be emailed to chat participants and/or to specific e-mail addresses.
  8. Optionally, we also provide monthly usage reports that include information on your operator activities, vistor activities and queue information. These reports will help you with capacity planning.
  9. We provide telephone and e-mail support. You can also send SMS messages for emergency support requests.
  10. We have experience with hosting services for international customers (outside the US).

  1. Host-Lite: With this service,you get one operator group with up to ten operators and 25 pre-defined messages.
  2. Enterprise Hosting: In this setup, you can define up to five operator groups (example: front-desk, sales, support, engineering) with up to 100 operators and 100 pre-defined messages.

Host-Lite $10.00 per operator per month $50.00 setup fee.
  1. Minimum 2 operators
  2. 6 months payment in advance. You can cancel anytime and get a refund.
  3. Setup fee is non-refundable.

Pricing example: for 2 operators, the monthly fee is $20.00. You will need to make an initial payment of $170.00 (setup fee of $50.00 + 6 months advance payment of $120.00).
Enterprise Hosting $25.00 per operator per month. $200.00 setup fee.

  1. Minimum 5 operators
  2. 6 months payment in advance. You can cancel anytime and get a refund.
  3. Setup fee is non-refundable.

Pricing example: for 5 operators, the monthly fee is $125.00. You will need to make an initial payment of $950.00 (setup fee of $200.00 + 6 months advance payment of $750.00).
