Services

QUIK Computing offers two types of services - QUIK Hosting and Technical Support.

QUIK Hosting Service

QUIK Computing hosts Ace Operator as a network service, which allows you to use the software without having to install, configure, and maintain it on your own server.

We run Ace Operator on a secure server that has direct access to the Internet. When you sign up for the service, you provide a list of customer service agents (operators) who will be handling chat sessions from online customers visiting your web site. At the server, we provision one or more “operator groups” for you and add your operators to the groups, along with any canned (predefined) messages you need. Each operator is assigned a user name and a password. Your operators use this information to login to the server from anywhere in the world; all they need to have is access to the Internet and a Java-enabled web browser – no software downloads are necessary. Once logged in, your operators can receive and handle chat sessions from online customers who visit your web site.

Technical Support

For users with requirements for guaranteed and timely support, we offer the following support programs:

  1. Jump-Start Support: You can buy this support for a 1 month period and extend it monthly if you need it. This type of support is primarily geared towards those who just want help getting started, with an emphasis on installation and configuration.
  2. Premium Support:  This is a long-term support program that can renewed annually. It includes notifications and downloads for critical system updates as well as when new versions of the software are released.
